Kava--a lot of people think it's a medicinal remedy for an assortment of ailments. But, in fact, if abused, Kava packs a wallop as strong as alcohol's. The Food and Drug Administration is issuing warnings, and local police are arresting abusers. News Specialist Stacey Butler has details.
