State of the Union
President Clinton laid out his State of the Union agenda Thursday night before a nationwide television audience, and members of Congress.
The President called for passage of a patients' bill of rights, gun-safety legislation, campaign finance reform, and increase in the minimum wage. He also proposed photo ID licenses for handgun purchases.
