Most Liveable States

(April 19, 2000) --- Utah is among the top five places to live in the nation.

But number one goes to Minnesota. For the fourth year in a row, Minnesota has been named the "most livable" state in the U-S. Researchers attribute its healthy, well-educated, and hard working population.

The Top Ten are as follows:
1. Minnesota
2. Iowa
3. Colorado
4. Utah
5. New Hampshire
6. Kansas
6. Wisconsin
8. Virginia
9. Nebraska
10. Nebraska
