This Tuesday is primary election day in Utah, and in Salt Lake City, the attention is on the Mayor's race.

Eleven candidates want to take over the job vacated by DeeDee Corradini.

Tonight, our KSL-TV/Deseret News Poll shows how the voters are leaning.

  • 15% Dave Jones
  • 12% Jim Bradley
  • 12% Stuart Reid
  • 10% Steve Harmsen
  • 2% Ken Larsen
  • 2% Mike Zuhl
  • 1% Mark Anderson
  • 1% Niko Linardakis
  • 0% John Renteria
  • 0% Lawrence Topham
  • 26% Undecided

The key to Tuesday's election is what the "Undecided" voter does at the ballot box.

    Interest in Primary Election?

  • 36% Very interested
  • 53% Somewhat interested
  • 10% Not Interested
The poll also shows voter interest in the election is pretty high.

    Likely to Vote on Tuesday?

  • 65% Very likely
  • 25% Somewhat likely
  • 9% Not likely

The poll was conducted by Dan Jones and Associates. The margin of error is 3.3 percent, which means the top five candidates are neck and neck.

The top two finishers on Tuesday will face off in the general election in November.

By the way, 232 Utah cities and towns have primary elections on Tuesday.
