Seeley's Website

All parents believe their children are miracles and such is the case for one young couple with triplets.
But these parents say they have had more than their share of miracles in bringing their babies into the world. News Specialist Carole Mikita has this family's story.
Cassie, Andrew and Elena will celebrate their first year of life next week. Their parents remember a time when they wondered if they'd ever have children.
Dane and Lorena Seeley describe themselves as a typical young married couple, wanting a family, but soon learned they were infertile. Hope came through the miracle fund at the Utah Center for Reproductive Medicine.
Lorena Seeley, mother of triplets: "THERE WAS THIS COUPLE THAT WAS WEALTHY AND WANTED TO HELP OUT OTHER COUPLES LIKE US WHO REALLY COULDN'T HAVE CHILDREN ANY OTHER WAY BUT INVITRO. BECAUSE OUR INVITRO WOULD COST $10,000."
That donation helped them produce three embryos. Lorena says she fell in love with them, but Dane said...
Dane Seeley, father of triplets: "I JUST HAVE THIS FEELING IF WE TRANSFER THREE EMBRYOS, WE'RE GONNA GET ALL THREE. AND LORENA SAID, 'NO, WE WON'T. IT'S LIKE A 2 PERCENT CHANCE.'"
Not long afterwards, they heard three heartbeats. Lorena went into labor at 19 weeks and had to have controversial surgery to close her cervix.
Then the babies were born 12 weeks early, weighing about 2 pounds each. They spent weeks in ICU. Little Cassie could wear her father's wedding ring around her hand.
But all three are healthy and developing normally. Dane and Lorena look back and count the miracles.
"WE COUNT OUR BLESSINGS ALL THE TIME. I JUST LOOK BACK AT ALL THE LITTLE THINGS THAT HAPPENED ALONG THE WAY THAT HAPPENED JUST RIGHT."
The Seeleys are now helping other couples who have been told they are infertile, or are parents of preemies. They invite your questions on their website. You can find them at www.angelfire.com/ut/seeley.
