With nationwide concern over the recent child kidnappings.. President Bush has unvelied a new handbook to help parents and teachers protect children.
It will be made available to public and private schools across the country.
The president also said he will hold a White House conference to address the problem of child abductions.
He called on America to to everything in its power to better protect our children....
