Flight attendants are giving failing grades to U.S. airlines and the government for failing to deal with air rage.
The president of the Association of Flight Attendants says it only takes "one incident to create an air disaster." Patricia Friend also says the nation's airlines have failed to put cabin safety over their profits.

The flight attendants issued their air rage report card during a news conference at Reagan National Airport outside Washington D.C.
The attendants say there are about 4,000 incidents a year of unacceptable passenger behavior.
Some attendants shared stories of air rage.
United Airlines flight attendant Lynn White says one incident sparked by unruly twin sisters delayed a flight, causing one passenger to miss her brother's funeral -- and causing other people taking dream vacations to miss their connecting flights.
