A waterway that flows through Utah has made a dubious list.

The environmental group "American Rivers" released a list of the nation's 12 most endangered waterways.

Washington State's Snake River was number one on the list. But closer to home, the Green River is ranked number 11.

The group blames decades of dam building, digging of channels and construction of floodwalls for endangering rivers and the fish and other living things in them.
