A popular toy called "Sky Dancers Flying Dolls" is the target of a massive recall.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission and the Galoob Toy Company are recalling 8.9-million of the dolls because they can fly off in unpredictable directions and hit people.
There have been 150 reports of injuries that involve things like temporary blindness, broken teeth, and facial cuts requiring stitches.
The dolls have been sold in many different styles, including "Pretty Lights Sky Dancers," "Mini-Sky Dancers," and "Fairy Flyers."
Children should immediately stop playing with Sky Dancers. The toy company is offering to give consumers other products of equal value.

A popular child's toy is being recalled after a child choked on one of them.
Vtech Industries is recalling about 34,000 toy baby phones, called the "Little Smart Soft Songs Baby Phone."
The toy phones have a ball-shaped antenna which can
detach, presenting a choking hazard to young children.
There have been nine reports of the plastic ball detaching from these phones. One child reportedly
started to choke on one of these plastic balls.
The cordless baby phone has a mirror, four colorful talking musical
buttons, a ringing light-up phone button and a red on/off button. The phone is yellow with a blue padded border and a yellow
ball-shaped antenna. A label on these toys reads "Soft Songs Baby Phone 39100."
Wal-mart stores nationwide sold the toy phones from January 2000 through May 2000 for about $10.
Consumers should immediately take these toy phones away from children. For more information, contact VTech at (800)

A Southern California
company is recalling orange
juice and lemonade
distributed here in Utah because of possible contamination.
Santee Dairy is recalling 16-ounce containers of
orange juice packed under the Knudsen, Stater Brothers,
Swiss, and Sunkist labels.
Also recalled are 16-ounce
containers of Knudsen brand lemonade.
Containers with a code J-U-L 23 should be returned
to the place of purchase.
The company says two
consumers reported smelling an odor like paint thinner
when they opened containers.
No illnesses have been reported.

Baby Walker

A popular infant walker is being recalled.
If you have a Graco "Tot Wheels Entertainer Activity Center," you should stop using it immediately because the walkers can collapse and hurt children.
Graco has received 27 reports of injuries that have ranged from cuts and bruises to sprained feet.
The recall involves about 31,000 of the activity centers. The recalled products have the model numbers 4032LN or 4032BLA, located underneath the front of the walker's tray.
