The International Olympic Committee is under fire once again.
Three Nagano residents are suing the IOC and
its President, Juan Antonio Samaranch.
Japan spent nearly $17-million on its bid to host the Winter Games in 1998.
The residents say that was too much, and they want taxpayers to be
reimbursed $7-million.
The residents are also upset the IOC won't punish nine of its committee
members suspected of violating IOC rules.
