A top member of the Salt Lake Olympic staff who had been placed on administrative leave has been reinstated.
SLOC's Compensation Committee has unanimously recommended Senior Vice President Kelly Flint get his old job back.
Flint, along with Marketing Director Rod Hamson, signed some documents at the heart of the Olympic bribery scandal.
But an ethics committee report says the two were just doing what they were told.
Hamson remains on leave pending further investigation.
