The chief financial officer for the Salt Lake Olympic Organizing Committee
has resigned.
Mark Tanner told president Mitt Romney he's leaving to become chief
financial officer at Mrs. Field's Cookies, as of June first.
Sources say Tanner had felt left out of the loop by new management.
Both Romney and his new Chief Operating Officer Fraser Bullock have
financial backgrounds. And Romney considers himself the chief financial
operator of the organizing committee.
