Reports on Pres. Gordon B. Hinckley & Utahns Helping in Honduras

LDS Church President Gordon B. Hinckley is touring the devastation left by Hurricane Mitch in Honduras and Channel 5 takes you there for his extraordinary visit. Pres. Hinckley, "I felt that I ought to come down here and talk to our people, comfort them, and sustain them and reassure them."

President Hinckley is meeting with members of the church, in an effort to boost the spirits of those affected by Hurricane Mitch. (The LDS Church has about 82,000 members there.)

On Friday (Nov. 20), News Specialist Pamela Davis reported "live" from Honduras on the Channel 5 Eyewitness News at 5, and 10.
