How to Register to Vote
(From the Utah Ltn. Governor's Office)
If you will be 18 or older and will have been a resident of the State of Utah for 30 days preceding
the election on November 3, 1998, you may register to vote by one of the following methods:
By mail- until October 14. Send in a Mail-in Registration Form. You can find the form at any county clerk's office or political party office. They are also
available at various public locations such as banks, post offices, libraries, etc.
Any satellite registration location in your county-- register on October 26 and 27 between 8:00 a.m. and
8:00 p.m. Contact your county clerk for satellite
registration locations.
County Clerk's office in your county-- register here during regular working hours
until October 14.
