Are you splashing your diet with plenty of color?
Thursday the
Utah Department of Health issued a diet reminder. Adding plenty of colorful
fruits and veggies to your meals may help you live a longer, healthier life.
Tomatoes, pink grapefruit, and watermelon are good cancer fighters, says the
health department. Green veggies like spinach and broccoli help keep your
eyes healthy.
April is Public Health Awareness Month in Utah. As part of
the month-long drive, The Utah Health Department hopes more residents
brighten up their plates with plenty of spring and summer fruits and
vegetables.
