Is it all over for "Providence?" Tonight's two-hour episode of "Providence" on N-B-C is billed as the show's finale -- as in "The End." But, a top N-B-C exec has said he'll decide next month if "Providence" will be gone for good. Meantime, on tonight's episode, Syd's having a slight problem getting to her wedding on time. She's being held hostage in the clinic by the father of a gunshot victim. Owen gets a job offer that could mean he and Syd will move to Chicago. And, Syd wonders if she's doing the right thing by settling down. "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit" follows on N-B-C.
