1. Dates/Eligibility. The Rocky Mountain Raceway Ticket Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins Wednesday, July 31, 2002 and ends Thursday, August 15, 2002 at 12:00 Noon. KSL (the "Station") may change the dates and/or terms of the Giveaway without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on the Station website (www.ksl.com). The Giveaway is open to legal residents residing in Utah, 18 years of age and older. Employees or agents of KSL, Bonneville International Corporation, other Utah area stations, or any other entity associated with the Giveaway, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agent may not participate. No more than one winner per household. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win the Giveaway. A purchase will not improve chances of winning and is not necessary to participate and/or win.

2. How to Enter. Participants may enter the Giveaway by completing and submitting the Giveaway entry form located at KSL's website on the Internet (www.ksl.com). Only one entry per person. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entry forms will be accepted. All entries must be actually received at KSL's website on or before August 15, 2002 at 12 Noon. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received by the deadline for this particular giveaway. All giveaway entries will become the property of KSL.

3. Selection of Prize Winner. A random drawing will be held on or about Thursday, August 15, 2002 and a total of twelve (12) family packets will be awarded. Each ticket packet will consist of four (4) tickets each for admission to Rocky Mountain Raceway Saturday August 17, 2002 ONLY. Winners must attend this event. The approximate retail value of each prize packet is $50.00. Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, redeemed for cash or substituted, except KSL reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable value should prize become unavailable. Any taxes are solely the responsibility of winner. KSL may substitute a prize of equal or greater value without advance notice. The prize is not transferable, subject to substitution by participants, nor redeemable for cash. Prize winner will be required to pick up tickets at the KSL Studios located at 55 North 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah by 5:00 PM on Friday, August 16, 2002. If tickets are not picked up prior to this time, winner will forfeit prize.

4. Conditions/Restrictions. . Each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to the Station. Each winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and release, including a publicity release, as prepared by the Station prior to receiving their prize. Each winner will be responsible for any taxes or fees that result from the receipt and/or use of their prize and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate and/or win the Giveaway will be disqualified.

5. Conditions/Restrictions.. . In exchange for the right to participate in the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the Station, and its officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, or any other entity affiliated with the Giveaway (the "released Parties"), from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any nature or kind whatsoever, whether presently known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant's participation in the Giveaway.

6. Conditions/Restrictions. KSL and sponsors are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone or other transmission failures of any kind; lost or unavailable network connections; or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions whether caused by KSL, users, by any equipment or programming utilized in promotions, games or contests, or by human error which may occur in the processing of submissions, which may limit a participant's ability to participate. KSL reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend a promotion, game or contest should a virus, bug, computer or other problem beyond the control of KSL corrupt the administration, security or proper execution of any Internet promotion, game or contest, or the Internet portion of any promotion, game or contest. KSL, in its sole discretion, may award prizes to entries received by alternate means. All participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest rules.

7. Rules. . Any violation of these rules will result in disqualification. Copies of these rules are available at the Station's website (www.ksl.com), in person at the Station's studios (55 North 300 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84180) during regular business hours or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope, to the Station at this address.
