OFFICIAL RULES

1.Dates/Elgibility. The Sportsbeat St. George Golf Package Giveaway (“The Giveaway”) begins February 1, 2005 and ends with the final prize drawing on or about December 31, 2005. KSL may change the dates and/or terms of the Giveaway without prior notice. Any material changes will be posted on KSL’s website located at www.ksl.com (the “Site”). The Giveaway is open to legal residents of Utah, 18 years of age and older at the time of entry. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase a participant’s chance of winning. The Giveaway is void where prohibited by law. Employees or agents of KSL, Bonneville International, the St. George Visitors and Convention Bureau, any entity associated with the sponsorship or conduct of the contest (collectively, the “Sponsors”) or any other television or radio station that serves the Salt Lake City, Utah area, as well as members of the same household of any such employee or agents, are ineligible to participate.

2.How to Enter. A participant can visit the Site any time between 12 midnight February 1, 2005 and 12 midnight on or about December 31, 2005. While at the Site, the participant must click on the KSL-TV homepage and follow the links to the giveaway page tentatively entitled “The Sportsbeat St. George Golf Package Giveaway”. At the site, the participant will fill out and submit the official online entry form with name, address, telephone number, age and e-mail address as instructed at the Site. Limit one online entry per email address. All entries become the sole and exclusive property of KSL.

3.Selection of Winner. Two winners will be selected monthly from February 2005 thru December 2005, in a random drawing held by KSL and Sportsbeat Saturday for a total of 22 winners from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

4.Prize. Twenty-two (22) prize packages will be awarded. Each prize package will consist of accommodations for two for three-days and two nights at a St. George hotel/motel and two rounds of golf for an approximate total retail value of $350.00 per package. Hotel accommodations and golf courses may be determined by St. George Area Convention and Visitors Bureau. Additional prizes may be added to prize package as available. Prize may not be substituted, transferred or exchanged. Trips must be completed by ____________. Prize winners will be responsible for any taxes, fees, gratuities, meals, transportation to and from St. George or other charges that result from the receipt and/or use of the prize. The prize winners may be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive an IRS Form 1099-Misc.

5.Conditions/Restrictions. KSL is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or transmission failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or incomplete, garbled or delayed computer messages. Online entries must provide a valid e-mail address. In exchange for their right to enter the Giveaway, each participant agrees to release and indemnify the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, agents, parent companies, subsidiaries and employees, from any and all claims, demands and/or causes of action of any kind or nature whatsoever, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, that arise out of the participant’s participation in the Giveaway. Entry into the Giveaway constitutes permission for the Sponsor and/or their respective designees to use the participant’s name, likeness, portrait, voice and/or biographical material for an unlimited period of time in order to advertise, promote or publicize the sponsors and/or the products and services of any of their designees. As a condition of receipt of their prize, each winner will be required to produce identification satisfactory to KsL and sign an affidavit of eligibility and release (including publicity release) as prepared by KSL. If KSL is unable to timely contact a prize winner using the telephone number supplied during the entry process, the prize winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected. Anyone using fraudulent means to participate in and/or win the contest will be subject to disqualification.

6.Rules. Copies of these rules are free and available at the Site, at KSL’s studios, Broadcast house, 55 North 300 West, P.O. Box 1160, Salt Lake City, UT 84110-1160, during regular business hours, or by sending a request, along with a self-addressed stamped envelope to KSL at this address.
