  • Interesting survey just out: Generation X'ers fit into the workplace much better than many employers thought. The common labels that they are: tough to motivate, and lazy, really isn't the case, many bosses say. A Gallup survey shows that Gen-Xer's really respond to traning programs in the workplace.

  • And, have you seen the new Colonel Sanders? OK, you can't replace the real thing, so the folks at KFC have animated him in their new chicken commercial. And, the voice of Colonel Sanders? Actor, Randy Quaid.

Randy Quaid: "IT'S A NATIONAL TRAVESTY. AS SOON AS THE FOOTBALL GAME STARTS THERE'S NOTHING TO EAT BUT LOUSY FOOD! WHY DON'T YOU PUT SOME GOOD FOOD ON YOUR TAILGATE FOR THE BIG GAME."

Mr. Quaid: "HEY THERE, NOW I GOT SOMETHING HERE THAT'S DOWNRIGHT FUN..."

The new commercial began airing this week, to celebrate the 108th anniversary of Harland Sander's birth.
